Give an hour is a non-profit company which facilitates free mental health services for U.S. military personnel and their families.
 
*Give an Hour mental health services are provided at no cost to the Service Member or Family Members - and services are confidential, they are conducted in private settings without affiliation or ties to any military unit or chain of command!
