Nature of Organization:

Monday Morning Ministries is a charitable organization established to receive tax-deductible contributions. The ministry provides 100% of all net assets to the distressed, the poor, and to the community at large.  The nature of this organization and its purposes are subject to the limitations of its bylaws, NRS 82, and the Internal Revenue Code.

Organizational Purposes of Monday Morning Ministries:
 

& This ministry is organized and operated exclusively for educational, charitable, religious, or other exempt purposes under NRS 82 and Section 501(c)(3) of the IRC.

 

& This ministry operates solely off of volunteer work; there are NO paid positions in this organization.

 

& The beneficiaries of this ministry and any of this organization’s activities will be recognized as the poor, the distressed, or the community at large through the promotion of Christianity.
